EU Sterling File Gateway

The purpose of the communication is to advise you that Elavon will be performing a scheduled switch to our secondary Datacenter.

Affected Service: EU Elavon Sterling File Gateway (SFG)

What does this mean for you?

During the period, you will experience a delay, to your SFTP traffic, only during the switch over and the switch back. Each switch takes approximately 40 minutes to complete.
Please note, that while we are in our secondary datacenter our system address, filegateway-eu.elavon.com will present our secondary IP address.
If you have configured your system to use the named address (above) you will not have issues.
