Terminal Connectivity / Mobile (GPRS) Network – Poland
We are currently experiencing an issue that may impact the normal service quality you receive when using payment terminals in Poland. Some terminals may be experiencing connectivity difficulties due to mobile (GPRS) network disruptions.
We understand this may affect your ability to process transactions as expected, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. In some cases, a manual network change on the terminal may temporarily restore service.
Our technical teams are actively investigating the issue and working closely to resolve it as quickly as possible. We will provide you with an update within the next two hours, or sooner if more information becomes available.
