The issue affecting logout functionality in Elavon Connect has been mitigated and service has been restored. Customers can now successfully log out of the application. As a temporary security measure, some customers may be prompted for OTP authentication during each login until a permanent fix is implemented. Technical teams continue to monitor the service and investigate the root cause.

Technical teams are investigating and working on a resolution as a priority. Further updates will be provided as they become available.
