Following up on our promise to keep you updated, our technical teams are still working to resolve the issue and we will give you an expected resolution time as soon as we can.
We have rerouted all the traffic to our secondary datacentre in Europe, which is working as intended, as we continue investigating the issues affecting our primary datacentre before returning traffic.
