You can check it in our online banking platform Elavon Connect.

Problem Identified

Please be informed that Elavon monthly billing statements for June 2024 have been generated with incorrect Batch Amount in the Deposit section - batches are showing as “0” (zero amount).

Please note that the batches were processed and the funds were sent into your account with the correct batch amount.
The issue only affects the reports themselves and there is no financial impact involved.
