Opayo E-commerce Gateway

On Thursday 18th April at 5:30 AM UTC we will be carrying out essential maintenance to our data centres on our e-commerce gateway.

The purpose of this is to carry out standard Disaster Recovery and Resilience testing in our backup data centre. During the failover process, you may experience an interruption to the gateway for up to five minutes. We expect to remain in the secondary data centre for up to 24 hours and our teams will monitor our systems closely throughout the day.
