On Wednesday 20th September at 05:00 UTC we will be carrying out essential maintenance to our Fraud Services on our e-commerce gateway. It is estimated the maintenance will take no longer than 1 hour and 30 minutes, during this period you may experience a delay in fraud scores populating in MyOpayo.

This maintenance does not impact transaction authorisations. We have selected this time to complete the maintenance as it is a low traffic period and will minimise impact to you and your customers, maintenance will be completed ahead of the business day.
