The issue has been resolved and transactions are processing as normal as of 20:57 BST 11/06/2023.
We have identified the issue was related to an external party who we are working with to minimise the possibility of a further reoccurrence.

A power outage in a data center used by Opayo caused an outage across the ecommerce gateway from 20:38 - 20:56 BST this evening 11/06/2023. Our investigations are underway to establish the root cause with the third party provider.
