Due to an issue with a third party application that Opayo uses for internal monitoring, notifications were sent to all Opayo subscribers this evening stating that the e-commerce gateway went down at 19:31 and normal service was resumed at 20:15. There was in fact no outage at all on the Opayo gateway and zero impact to transactions. Please accept our sincere apologies for any confusion or concern caused by the notification.
