Please be aware that Elavon will conduct scheduled maintenance in our Ireland Datacentre on Friday, 23rd September 2022 commencing at 02:00 AM GMT and finishing at 04:00 AM GMT.
It is estimated that this maintenance will take 2 hours.

We do not expect there to be any impact to the service we provide to you from this work.
All systems and traffic will be closely monitored during this time.

Affected Service: Converge EU E-Commerce gateway will be taken offline in one of the datacentres during the maintenance, all traffic will be routed to remaining available hosts.
Maintenance Start: 02:00 AM GMT, 23/09/2022
Maintenance Duration: 2 hours

Elavon will be performing scheduled maintenance as described above. During this time, impact to transaction processing is not expected. Customers will continue to be able to use Elavon terminals and virtual gateways for transaction processing, and in-flight transactions will not be impacted.
